Koncho Red

Koncho Red

Georgia is famous for its indigenous grapes. Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Mtsvivani Kakhuri. Varieties that exist almost nowhere else on earth, grown in the same valleys for thousands of years. Georgian winemakers are proud of this and they should be.

Which makes Koncho Red an unusual thing.

The Koncho collection is Koncho and Co's premium blend series. Koncho Red does something rare in Georgian winemaking. It brings Georgian grapes together with European ones. Saperavi and Aleksandrouli sit alongside Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir. Georgian soul, European structure. A conversation between two winemaking traditions in one glass.

The result is the most familiar-tasting wine in our entire portfolio. If you drink California Cabernet, if you know Bordeaux, if European reds are your comfort zone, Koncho Red will feel like something you already understand. Dark fruit, vanilla from the oak, dense tannins, a long balanced finish. The Saperavi gives it depth and color. The European varieties give it the shape that Western palates recognize immediately.

This is the wine for people who love what they know but are curious about Georgia. It meets you where you are.
