This is the most approachable wine in the amber family. Kisi brings stone fruit and natural richness. Rkatsiteli brings mineral backbone and freshness. Together they make something golden, aromatic, and surprisingly easy to drink. Six months in qvevri buried underground. Wild yeast only. No intervention.
It smells of white cherry, dried apricot, and a whisper of vanilla. The taste is dry, textured, with a softness that classical Georgian amber wines do not always have.
