Koncho Rose
Georgia rarely makes blends. Most Georgian wine is built around a single grape — one variety, one terroir, one story. The Koncho collection is the exception. These are Koncho and Co's premium blends, made to show what Georgian grapes can do when they work together.
Koncho Rose brings together two red grapes that have no business being this good together. And yet.
Saperavi is Georgia's boldest red. Dark, structured, full of pigment. Left alone it makes serious wine. Ojaleshi is something different entirely. A rare variety from the Samegrelo region of western Georgia that almost nobody outside the country grows. It is light where Saperavi is heavy. Bright where Saperavi is deep. When Ojaleshi meets Saperavi in a rosé, it lifts the whole wine. What could have been dense becomes joyful.
The result is very berry, very fresh, very dry. Think wild red currant, bright raspberry, a flash of something almost like barberry candy. Completely dry and easy to drink. This is the rosé people reach for again before the first glass is finished.
For Rosé All Day people who want something with a real story behind it.
