Koncho White
Some wines tell you exactly what they are going to taste like before you even bring the glass to your lips. Koncho White is not one of those wines.
The Koncho collection is Koncho and Co's premium blend series. Where most Georgian wine is built around a single grape, these wines ask what happens when rare varieties work together. Koncho White pairs two: Kisi and Muscat.
Muscat announces itself immediately. The aroma is floral, fragrant, unmistakably sweet-leaning. Stone fruit, white flowers, a richness that makes you expect something soft and generous on the palate. You pour it chilled. You smell it. You think you know what is coming.
Then you taste it.
Completely dry. 14.5% alcohol. Structured and full. The sweetness that the nose promised simply does not arrive. What arrives instead is a wine with weight and presence, fresh acidity, and a long clean finish. The Muscat aroma is still there but now it is decoration rather than direction. Kisi gives the wine its backbone.
This is the wine for people who love aromatic whites but always drink dry. Served cold it bridges both worlds. The nose is a gift. The palate is the surprise.
Dry. Full-bodied. Serve well chilled.
