Kindzmarauli Koncho&Co
At every festival we pour, Kindzmarauli is the wine people come back for. Sometimes twice. Sometimes three times. They taste it, walk away, and return ten minutes later with a friend.
It is naturally semi-sweet — not because sugar was added, but because the cold mountain air of the Alazani River valley stops fermentation before it finishes. The residual sweetness is the grape itself, preserved exactly as it grew on the vine.
Here is what most people do not know: in Georgia, most wine drinkers prefer white. Kindzmarauli is a celebrated wine, but it is not what you find on every Georgian table every evening. That makes it something specific — a wine made for a particular valley, a particular climate, a particular style. Not mass-produced sweetness. A natural phenomenon from one place.
No added sugar. No additives. Serve slightly chilled.
